- Partner with the content and design teams to create compelling event
materials, speaker decks, and branded collateral.
- Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person events, including
scheduling, tech setup, platform management, and on-ground support.
- Manage the events calendar, ensuring all sessions, campaigns, and
deliverables are aligned with marketing goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Lead Development Representative (LDR) and sales
teams to manage lead capture, enrichment, and post-event follow-up.
- Track and report event performance metrics, registrations, attendance,
engagement, and influenced pipeline.
- Maintain accurate budgeting and P&L documentation for all marketing
events.
- Manage swag and promotional inventory, ensuring timely availability for
events and campaigns.
- Represent SpotDraft at selected events and virtual panels, acting as a strong
brand advocate.
What we’re looking for

production (preferably in B2B SaaS).
- Proven experience hosting or managing webinars, virtual roundtables, or
live-streamed events.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to
detail.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills—you’re comfortable
interacting with speakers, partners, and attendees.
- Proficiency with Zoom, HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, and event
management tools (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Airmeet, Goldcast, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report event ROI.
