Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Senior Specialist

Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Senior Specialist support the Product Go-To-Market Lead in executing day-to-day GTM activities across product launches and campaign rollouts. This role is focused on field coordination, execution tracking, asset follow-up, stakeholder liaison, and launch readiness support across marketing, communications, and distribution. The position is not expected to own GTM strategy, but to ensure that plans are translated into timely, accurate, and well-coordinated execution.
Position Responsibilities
- GTM coordination support: support the GTM Lead in maintaining launch trackers, following up timelines, preparing meeting materials, updating status, and coordinating actions across Product Proposition, Distribution, Brand, Creative, Comms, and Digital teams.
- Execution tracking: monitor day-to-day progress of GTM deliverables, flag delays or gaps, and ensure agreed action items are followed through until completion.
- Marketing asset follow-up: coordinate development and delivery of executional materials such as brochures, sales tools, digital assets, internal communication materials, launch decks, website content updates, and simple social media support materials.
- Field and stakeholder liaison: act as daily point of contact for operational follow-up with internal stakeholders, agency teams, banca teams, creative partners, and distribution support teams to ensure launch materials and activation needs are delivered on time.
- Launch readiness support: support preparation for launch milestones including internal socialization, product rollout sessions, sales enablement materials, event logistics, PR coordination support, and checklist readiness before go-live.
- Content and material adaptation: assist in adapting approved product messaging into execution materials and ensure consistency across different touchpoints, based on guidance from the GTM Lead and relevant stakeholders.
- Approval and documentation support: prepare supporting documents, consolidate feedback, track approvals, maintain documentation, and help ensure materials are submitted in line with internal review and compliance processes.
- Performance monitoring support: compile basic launch performance updates, campaign delivery status, stakeholder feedback, and post-launch observations for review by the GTM Lead.
- Administrative and operational support: support scheduling, meeting notes, action logs, vendor coordination, document versioning, and other execution-related needs required to keep GTM projects running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience in marketing execution, product marketing support, campaign operations, communications, or GTM support roles.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts across functions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong discipline in execution and documentation.
- Good understanding of marketing materials development, campaign workflow, internal approvals, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to support cross-functional meetings, prepare trackers and status updates, and maintain organized project records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, especially for coordination, documentation, and material follow-up.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, financial services, bancassurance, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to product launch support, sales enablement materials, internal communications, or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with working with agency partners, distribution teams, and compliance-driven approval processes.
