About the Role
This role requires a recruiter who combines deep technical recruiting expertise with an AI-first mindset. You will partner with engineering leaders to hire niche and leadership technology talent while leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing, market intelligence, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes at scale.
You’ll blend hands-on recruiting execution with consultative advisory, partnering closely with business leaders, HR teams, and universities to design hiring approaches that work — today and at scale.
What You’ll Do
Candidate Sourcing, Tracking & Experience
- Attract, track, and close high-quality technical talent aligned to evolving business needs
- Own end-to-end hiring for niche and senior technology roles across Engineering, Product, Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Platform Engineering, and Enterprise Software.
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing, talent intelligence, and recruiting automation tools to identify, engage, and convert high-quality technical talent.
- Build proactive market maps and leadership pipelines for critical engineering capabilities.
- Maintain clean, disciplined pipelines with clear reporting and funnel visibility
- Deliver a standout candidate experience through speed, clarity, and thoughtful communication
Candidate Assessment & Placement
- Assess early-career and technical talent through structured interviews and assessment centres
- Match candidate strengths and aspirations with business needs to ensure best-fit placement
- Consolidate and present interview feedback into crisp, decision-ready summaries
Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory
- Partner closely with Engineering Directors, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Product leaders to define hiring strategies, calibrate technical talent, and provide market intelligence on emerging skills.
- Advise business leaders on AI talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Advise stakeholders on hiring trends, and candidate attraction levers.
Hiring Manager Enablement
- Guide stakeholders on delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Educate hiring managers on interviewing, diversity hiring, and candidate engagement best practices
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s / MBA in HR or related fields preferred
- 8–10 years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in Product Engineering, Digital Engineering, GCC, or technology organizations.
- Mandatory experience hiring senior technology talent including Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, Staff Engineers, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, and Cloud Architects.
- Demonstrated success hiring niche and critical engineering roles in competitive talent markets.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding hiring metrics (quality, speed, diversity, experience)
- Mandatory hands-on experience using AI-powered recruiting platforms and GenAI tools for sourcing, talent intelligence, screening, candidate engagement, market mapping, and recruiter productivity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- End-to-end ownership mindset with strong project management capability
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience using AI and GenAI tools for sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, market research, interview preparation, and recruiting workflow automation.
- Strong sourcing and pipeline-building expertise
- Ability to leverage AI-driven talent intelligence to identify emerging technical skills and build strategic talent pipelines.
- Strong understanding of AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Platform Engineering, and Enterprise Software talent markets.
- Ability to evaluate technical competencies in partnership with engineering leadership.
- Deep understanding of modern engineering organizations and technical career paths.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI usage in recruitment while maintaining fairness, compliance, and high-quality hiring decisions.
- High attention to detail with strong data and reporting hygiene
- Customer-first mindset with a bias for action and accountability
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-dependency environments
