ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready to start or advance your sales journey? We are seeking self-motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Consultants. This role launches your path in insurance sales and focuses on professional growth and results. You will learn from experienced professionals, access exclusive training through the University of Farmers, and develop your skills with hands-on mentorship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking and outreach
• Help clients select insurance coverage that fits their needs
• Build lasting client relationships and provide ongoing support
• Work towards and exceed sales goals for new and existing business
• Use our technology to manage leads and track your progress
• Stay updated on new products and changes from Farmers Insurance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent verbal communication and people skills
• A strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Well-organized, independent, and adept at managing time
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Willingness to obtain or current possession of relevant insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
