Per Diem Physical Therapist

Schedule : Three (3) shifts per calendar month | Regularly covering weekend shifts is expected | Two (2) holidays per year. Department : Kresge Health & Rehab Center | Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living | Chelsea Retirement Community | Chelsea, MI

The Physical Therapist evaluates, assesses, plans, organizes, and administers rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
