1. Executing and Monitoring SAP COPA closing procedure of legal entities to meet strict deadlines and fix any problems during the process. 按规定的时间表独立完成SAP COPA 成本月结并解决月结中碰到的问题。

2．Supporting FM in project controlling, working closely with PM/sales team in project cost review, supporting in analyzing cost by projects and understanding the project cost variance. 支持财务经理进行项目控制相关工作，与项目经理和销售团队紧密配合，支持项目成本分析及项目成本差异的理解。

• Prepare monthly closing related reporting package following schedule, 按时间表准备每月月结相关报表。
• Influence and enhance internal control awareness throughout the organization, identify control weakness and drive improvement. 内控相关工作，包括在公司内部加强内控的意识和内控的影响，识别内控流程中的薄弱环节并进行改善和提高。
• Be a key person as finance business partner to support plant operation team on performance driving. 作为支持工厂运营业绩提升的关键BP，通过指标监控，成本追踪分析等各种方法关注工厂运营并帮助工厂提高盈利水平。
• Coordinate with plant departments to prepare rolling forecast package following schedule. Support finance manager in budget process and monitor budget plan 按计划时间，与业务部门一起准备滚动预算报告，协助财务经理进行预算相关工作，并在实际工作中跟踪预算的执行情况。
• Inventory management, including daily inventory monitor, annual stock taking related job and follow slow moving stocks. 存货管理相关工作，包括日常存货数据监督，年度盘点相关工作，呆滞库存计提和跟踪。
• Work closely with FM on yearly external audit. 密切配合经理，进行年度审计相关工作。
• Work on annual Standard Cost /Transfer Price campaign procedure release accurate yearly new cost with all detailed analysis (actual vs standard, analysis of changes, etc.) 交易价格的相关工作，准确发布年度新成本，并提供详细分析（如实际与标准的差异分析，变动的差异等。
• Other specific projects or initiatives in finance team 其它财务相关的特殊事项或项目 REQUIREMENTS:
• Above 5 years of costing experience in manufacturing business environment with good understanding of standard costing. 制造行业5年以上成本经验，且对标准成本有很好的理解。
• Project controlling experience preferred. 有项目成本控制经验为佳
• SAP working experience and knowledge preferred。 SAP 工作经验为佳
• Good understanding and knowledge of domestic/national market, as well as international business operations 有制造业进出口企业经验，了解国内和国际市场并对进出口业务有良好的理解
• Fluent English skill in written and spoken 要求英语读写能力，会口语为佳
• Foster collaboration and networking 良好的团队精神，可以和公司其它部门展开良好的合作。
• High quality and efficiency on target orientation 高质量高效的目标驱动导向
• Financial reporting and business analysis tools (Power Query, BI tool, VBA, BW) preferred 熟悉财务报告和业务分析工具（如Power Query, BI tool, VBA, BW 等）为佳
