Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d)
Job description
- Techno-functional consulting for Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
- Analysis, design, and implementation of cross‑platform features and integrated systems.
- Clear structuring and resolution of complex issues in collaboration with stakeholders up to C‑level.
- Leading workshops, assessing technical and functional requirements, and guiding design and implementation.
- Acting as a bridge between clients and development teams.
- Contributing to internal initiatives such as mentoring, recruitment, business development, marketing, and pre‑sales.
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, combining technical expertise with a passion for innovation.
- Strong enthusiasm for Salesforce CRM and digital transformation, with in‑depth knowledge of configuration and automation capabilities across Core Clouds.
- Fluent in business German and English, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Relevant industry experience in Travel & Logistics, Manufacturing, or Retail & Consumer Goods.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, legacy systems, etc.).
