Cafe / Kitchen Assistant (Casual)

We are on the lookout for a superstar self-starter and coffee-making extraordinaire to join the team working 

(Permanent Part-time)

Along with consistently brewing the best coffee in Cambridge, you thrive in a sole-charge environment and enjoy enriching the lives of our residents. You'll also be responsible for: 

• Ensuring all customers have a great experience 
• FOH service and cash handling
• Prepping and serving cabinet food 
• Ordering supplies as required
• Set up and pack down each shift
• Assisting Kitchen with baking and other tasks
• Maintaining our cafe cleaning, safety, and hygiene standards

• Experience in a Barista/Kitchen role and hospitality
• Great customer service ethos
• Initiative with the ability to manage competing demands 
• A commitment to work sustainably
• Must be flexible with scheduling and available to work weekends.
