This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Aveiro - Portugal , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

The Automation and Robotics Technician is responsable for the maintenance of electronic equipment within the factory perimeter. Supports intervention teams in fault analysis and independently handles faults within their area of responsibility.

What we’re looking for

•

Degree in Automation Engineering/Professional Higher Technical Course, Robotics, or in a similar field

•

Knowledge of vision systems (preferably Sherlock and Cognex)

•

Knowledge of Siemens PLCs from an electronic maintenance perspective

•

Knowledge of Siemens numerical controls from an electronic maintenance perspective

•

Knowledge of robotics from an electronic maintenance perspective (ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, UR)

•

Availability to work in any shift (mandatory requirement)

•

Ability to work under pressure

•

Teamwork skills
