The Team We are looking for a Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this senior role, you will own strategic client relationships across the region, acting as the primary executive point of contact and ensuring long-term client success, retention, and growth. You will partner closely with Trading, Technology, Operations and senior stakeholders to drive onboarding, complex change programmes, service governance, and commercial expansion across asset classes.
About You
You will be accountable for the overall health, success and growth of a portfolio of strategic accounts. This includes setting account strategy, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of complex onboarding and enhancement initiatives while maintaining a high standard of ongoing service. You will manage executive expectations, lead governance and escalation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that reflect the client’s priorities and FlexTrade’s objectives. You are comfortable operating at senior levels with trading desks and technology leadership, and you bring a commercial mindset to identify and drive expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities

Own and execute account strategy for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction and measurable outcomes

Act as the senior escalation point for client issues, driving timely resolution and coordinating internal resources as needed
•
Lead governance with client senior stakeholders (e.g., service reviews/QBRs), including agenda setting, reporting, action tracking and follow-through
•
Partner with technical Client Services team members to plan, prioritise and deliver complex onboarding and change programmes across asset classes
•
Translate client business objectives into clear roadmaps, success metrics, dependencies and delivery plans
•
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, information gaps and dependencies; communicate trade-offs and decisions at the appropriate level

Provide clear, executive-ready reporting on progress, service performance and key initiatives to both clients and internal leadership
•
Drive commercial outcomes by identifying expansion opportunities (new functionality, features, workflows, asset classes) and partnering with Sales/Product to execute
•
Build strong, trusted relationships across client trading and technology organizations and internally across Product, Engineering and Support
•
Coach and mentor implementation team members and contribute to improving processes, playbooks and standards
•
Run product demos and enablement sessions for client stakeholders; support adoption and best practices
