What you’ll be doing?

  • Assist in handling complex issues, RCA, improvement initiatives, and onboarding activities.
  • Participate in technical change reviews, approvals, and planning for platform and interface upgrades.
  • Ensure runbooks, support documentation, and operational procedures are maintained and up to date.
  • Support communication with business and IT stakeholders by sharing updates and managing escalations.
  • Assist in DR planning and testing execution for critical applications, including documentation of failover processes.
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are followed, with proper evidence collection.
  • Support smooth project transition to operations.
  • Act as an incident coordination point within assigned time zone when required.
  • Contribute to CI practices including daily huddles, performance tracking, and problem-solving activities.
  • Support management of application services and vendors in line with defined service levels.

What we need from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with approximately 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Extensive experience with Enterprise Integration technologies, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Basic understanding of the ITIL framework, ServiceNow and IT service management processes.
  • Experience working in production support, application operations, or integration services environments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to work successfully across cross-functional teams, diverse cultures, and multiple time zones.
  • Experience in coordination, issue tracking, escalation management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery and operational support.

Our global strategy, Powering Progress, is designed to generate value for our shareholders, customers, and the wider society, and focuses on creating more value with less emissions. The strategy supports our purpose of providing more and cleaner energy solutions, with the aim of profitably transforming Shell into a net-zero emissions energy business by 2050. As India moves towards its target of net-zero emissions by 2070, Shell India aims to play a leading role in securing vital energy for today, while investing in, and helping to build, the energy system of the future through strategic investments in the country.

Our Lubricants business serves over 50,000 consumers through a strong network of over 200 distributors, and operates an end-to-end value chain that spans conceptualization, development, and production at a world-class blending plant at Taloja.
