Future Talent Internship Programme – Corporate Secretarial Unit

Location: Malaysia

Launch your career with our 12 week Future Talent Internship Programme in Corporate Secretarial. Designed for final-year undergraduates, this internship offers hands-on experience in supporting business operations, process improvement, and project delivery within a leading global financial institution. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to corporate banking operations, and develop practical skills that will support your future career.

Job Summary

To support the CEO’s Secretary in the efficient administration of the CEO’s Office through executive coordination and administrative assistance. The role is restricted to internal administrative functions and does not include access to customer data, banking systems, or customer-related information.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the administration and daily coordination of the CEO’s Office.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings (Executive, Management Committee, regional, and business meetings).
  • Coordinate travel, transportation, and logistics arrangements.
  • Support the handling of VIP visits, hospitality, official functions, and official event arrangements.
  • Prepare the CEO’s Office daily and set up meeting rooms, ensuring readiness for meetings and official engagements.
  • Assist with CEO communications, absence notifications, and daily management activities.
  • Manage memberships, renewals, and related administrative payments.
  • Monitor office budget and expense administration.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and document control.
  • Support festive arrangements and corporate gifting activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for coordination purposes.

Scope Limitation

  • Strictly an administrative and coordination role with no access to customer data, banking transactions, or core banking systems.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a recognized higher learning institution in Malaysia, pursuing a degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, where an internship is a mandatory component for course completion.
  • Final-year student with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
  • Available to work full-time for 12 weeks starting in October 2026.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Strong interest in Global Corporate Banking, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Japanese (spoken) is required.

Note

  • Interns will receive an allowance of RM 1,500 per month.
