Act as a key interface between commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex sustainability topics into practical, scalable solutions that support business performance, compliance, and customer needs.
Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working—leveraging digital and AI-enabled solutions—to enhance efficiency, consistency, and impact with main focus on the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery of sustainability-related customer requests, projects, and audits

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and aligned outputs

  • Support commercial activities with standardized, reusable content

  • Advise teams on sustainability requirements and customer needs

  • Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of deliverables

  • Contribute to process, tool, and governance improvements

  • Support training, adoption, and capability building across regions

  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through digital and AI solutions

  • Monitor customer needs and sustainability trends to inform priorities

Key Requirements

  • Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills across functions and hierarchies

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams, regions, and organizational levels

  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency

  • Experience in commercial environments (e.g., bids/tenders, customer requests, or sales enablement)

  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable outputs

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and evolving technologies (e.g., workflow tools, collaboration platforms, AI solutions)

  • Demonstrated expertise in sustainability/ESG topics, with the ability to translate them into practical business applications

  • Solid understanding of digital workflows and process design (e.g., SharePoint, workflow tools), with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT to implement and optimize solutions

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years of equivalent experience in sustainability, ESG, commercial operations, bid/tender management, customer support, or a related business function

AND

  • In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Three (3) or more years of relevant professional experience in sustainability/ESG, commercial operations, customer engagement, bids and tenders, or a related business environment.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability/ESG principles and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and customer-focused deliverables.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.

  • Experience using digital collaboration and workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365, workflow platforms) and the ability to adapt to new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
