What will you do?

You're the friendly voice behind the chat, email and phone, the reason why customers think "det var nemt!" You handle the tricky stuff: complex questions, sensitive cases, and the ones where AI just doesn't cut it. Don't worry, we'll teach you so you sound like a pro after week 1.

You review AI-handled conversations and flag when quality slips. Your feedback actually shapes how our AI gets better. Jump into social media and reply to customers on Trustpilot, Messenger, Facebook and Instagram. Handle back-office tasks and deadlines like a pro across different systems. Be the client's eyes and ears: if something's broken or a process is weird, speak up.

What we love about you

You want to help people. That matters more to us than years of experience. You have native-level Danish skills, both written and spoken. Your English is solid, too; you can jump on a call, handle questions, and write flawless emails without breaking a sweat. You've got an eye for quality and genuinely care about getting things right, not just done. You're comfortable working alongside AI tools and curious rather than threatened by them. You can use a Mac without calling IT.

Working hours

We help our customers every day, and Monday to Friday we're available on live chat from 09:00 to 21:00. This means your work hours will vary, some days a regular shift from 08:30 to 16:30, other days from 13:00 to 21:00. You get the best of both worlds: some days a slow morning, other days a free evening 🙏🏼
