- Salary: HEW Level 7 $107,053 – $115,469 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading
Lead international marketing strategies that drive offshore student recruitment and brand growth across priority global markets.
The Opportunity
The International Marketing Coordinator will lead the planning and delivery of market-specific strategies that support Western Sydney University's Transnational Education (TNE) and offshore education portfolio across priority international markets. This role focuses on building brand visibility, strengthening engagement and driving international student recruitment outcomes.
The International Marketing Coordinator will manage a portfolio of marketing programs, determining campaign priorities, channel strategies and investment decisions to maximise performance. Responsibilities include delivering integrated campaigns across digital, content, events and partner-led initiatives, ensuring alignment with recruitment cycles and market needs.
Working closely with international recruitment teams, offshore partners and internal stakeholders, the International Marketing Coordinator will provide specialist marketing advice to shape market strategy, campaign direction and offshore engagement. Using market insights and performance data, it drives campaign optimisation, ensures brand alignment and supports continuous improvement across diverse international contexts.

About You
The successful candidate will bring strong international marketing expertise and the ability to deliver outcomes across diverse stakeholder environments. You will have:
- A degree in marketing, communications, business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies, apply judgement and influence stakeholders.
- Understanding of international student recruitment and offshore education environments.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
