Job description
Daxko builds the software that powers fitness, wellness, and community organizations—everything from member management and payments to digital engagement and analytics. From small studios to the largest associations, we help thousands of fitness businesses streamline operations, enhance member experiences, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
As a Graphic Designer at Daxko, you'll own the visual execution of marketing across our portfolio of brands. From concept to final delivery, you'll shape how Daxko shows up in the market, ensuring our design work is consistent, high-quality, and grounded in our brand standards. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, including coordinating external creative contributors when projects require it.
What you'll do
- Lead multimedia design projects from brief to final delivery, managing timelines and quality throughout
- Establish and maintain visual design standards across Daxko's brands, keeping consistency across all touchpoints
- Partner with teams across the organization to align on brand standards and support cross-functional design needs
- Coordinate external contributors (videographers, photographers, illustrators) as projects require
- Monitor how content performs, including conversion data, and adjust design approach based on what you learn
- Stay current on design trends, consumer preferences, and competitor creative to inform Daxko's overall visual strategy
What you'll bring
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Strong aesthetic sensibility across color, typography, and layout
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 4+ years of design experience
- B2B marketing or SaaS industry background
