ERP Consultant (f/m/d)

The name says it all: as an Inhouse ERP Consultant (D365 F&O) with focus on O2C within a team of other ERP consultants, you will ensure the targeted further development of our D365 installation , optimize existing business processes together with our specialist departments and define new functionalities as part of projects.

Your Mission

• You act as the first point of contact for our internal specialist department for all technical and functional issues
• In close cooperation with cross-functional teams (planning, purchasing, marketing, sales) you optimize our business and system processes
• You use your system knowledge to translate business requirements into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• In the event of change requests, you will communicate with our development partners to create functional and technical specifications for enhancements w hich you will then test and document
• You promote the idea of continuous improvement of systems, processes and applications by providing training and support to improve the understanding of cooperation partners
• As part of projects, you will support the specialist departments or take on project management yourself

Your Skills

• Degree in the field of business informatics/engineering/Business Administration or comparable
• At least 3-5 years of experience in (in-house) consulting with an ERP-System, ideally Microsoft D365 F&O
• Experience in the customization and configuration of an ERP-System, preferably D365 F&O
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick comprehension and hands-on mentality
• Experience or interest in leading (external) teams in projects
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Experience Jira & Confluence an advantage
