LMI Investment Analyst

Last Mile Investments is looking to hire a disciplined Investment Analyst, who is energized to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-based environment. Based in Dallas, the Investment Analyst will join the Investment Team to assist in the modeling, due diligence, and overall transaction activity.

Last Mile Investments, an affiliate of North American Properties, is a real estate fund management platform currently deploying capital on behalf of Fund III and a strategic pension fund partner, with plans to acquire 15–20 assets annually. The Investment Analyst will join during a period of significant growth and have the opportunity to work on transactions across a diverse set of markets and investment structures.

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for real estate, and preferably a degree in a relevant focus such as Real Estate, Finance, or Economics. The Investment Analyst will be part of a small team working closely with the Venture’s Principals and must have proficient communication skills, can think independently, but unafraid to ask questions or seek direction.
