Project

We are looking for experienced Senior DevOps Engineer who join the team responsible for building and maintaining a multi-environment platform running on AWS. The project focused on developing a work planning and settlement system for the world’s largest employment agency.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer , you'll take ownership of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence across development, QA, pre-production, and production environments. The role combines cloud engineering, automation, infrastructure management, database administration, and production support, giving you the opportunity to work with modern AWS services while improving the reliability, security, and scalability of the platform.

We're looking for engineers who enjoy solving infrastructure challenges, automating repetitive tasks, and collaborating closely with multiple development teams. If you value ownership, continuous improvement, and hands-on work with cloud technologies, this role is for you.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in similar role

•

3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS

•

Strong knowledge of AWS services , including ECS, EC2, ECR, RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL, IAM, S3, SQS, SES, Route 53, VPC, ALB/NLB, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and CloudFormation (SAM)

•

Solid PostgreSQL administration skills (users, roles, permissions, backups/restores, version upgrades)

•

Experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines

•

Good knowledge of GitLab administration

•

Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills

•

Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, routing, security groups, SSL/TLS, proxies)

•

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/SAM)

•

Ability to troubleshoot production issues and prioritize tasks effectively

•

Good communication skills in English (min. B2 level)

• Nice to have:
• Experience with Apigee API Gateway
• Familiarity with Terraform
• Experience with ElastiCache, Redis, or Valkey
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose
