As an L2 Application Support Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of a dynamic team that designs and implements robust, secure IT systems supporting business operations. You will enable the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and availability
• Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud service delivery and performance optimization
• Designing cloud infrastructure architecture to enhance system reliability and efficiency
• Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud migration strategies
• Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and service management
• Conducting technical consultations to guide clients in cloud strategy and operations
• Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for infrastructure performance improvements
• Upholding professional and technical standards in cloud compliance and security measures
• Building meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions

What You Must Have

• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
