Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, you will drive territory growth by commercialising Cotality’s digital solutions and building deep, lasting relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Portfolio Growth: Own, manage, and grow the NZ SME customer portfolio, identifying new sales opportunities and expanding our footprint.
  • Solution Selling: Present Cotality’s digital solutions and activate new listing portal solutions with clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aligned with state objectives and lead key account strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain high levels of customer engagement through a structured operating rhythm, managing senior-level relationships and influencing decisions.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and share market insights to inform product and sales strategies, while providing regular reporting on performance vs. budget.

Job Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

  • The Hunt: A proven hunter mentality with 3+ years of successful B2B digital sales experience.
  • Tech Literacy: A strong understanding of CRMs, data platforms, and digital listing ecosystems.
  • Strategic Execution: Expertise in strategic sales planning, deal negotiation, and commercial acumen.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and solution-selling skills, with the ability to influence decisions using data and insights.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel across the metropolitan region as required to support client engagement.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience within the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of Cotality’s core markets (real estate, construction, and finance).
