Job Description
The Training Specialist will be responsible for creating and curating training content for the Sales department. They will work closely with the Sweetwater University team to audit classes, provide recommendations for updating content, and administer assessments to gauge enduring understanding of content. The Training Specialist will also collaborate with the e-Learning team to administer quizzes for sales training to be delivered through digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Teach classes in Sweetwater University
- Grade assessments and provide students with both written and in-person feedback
- Write and edit digital training modules for Sweetwater U Online
- Take on special training projects as needed, in collaboration with other Training team members and other SMEs around the company/industry
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
- Master's degree in relevant field preferred
- Preferred Experience: 3-5 years Sales experience, knowledge of 4D, and pro audio background
