Job description
- C&B Operations & Compliance
- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll, bonuses, compulsory insurance (SHUI), and annual Personal Income Tax (PIT) finalization accurately and on time.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle documentation, including labor contracts, renewals, internal transfers, terminations, and insurance claims (sick leave, maternity, etc.).
- Act as the subject-matter expert to resolve complex labor relations issues and assist leadership in handling labor disputes.
- Process Optimization & Automation
- Review, streamline, and structure C&B databases to ensure data integrity and audit-readiness.
- Leverage technology and automation tools (e.g., Google Apps Script, RPA) to minimize manual tasks and optimize processing times.
- Build and maintain intuitive HR dashboards and reports to support management’s strategic decisions.
- Strategic Rewards Advisory
- Conduct regular market benchmarking within the tech/software sector to propose competitive, budget-aligned compensation and benefits packages.
- Analyze and connect C&B data with key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, performance, recruitment costs) to provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on local Labor Codes, PIT, and Insurance laws; proactively adjust internal policies to maintain full legal compliance.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on, end-to-end C&B experience; experience in tech companies or software agencies is highly preferred.
- Deep, practical knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT, and SHUI regulations, with a proven track record of handling complex government agency interactions.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced Tech Skills: Highly proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (complex formulas, large database management, Pivot Tables, and automated reporting).
- Automation Mindset: Experience or strong understanding of workflow automation tools (Google Apps Script, RPA, or equivalent).
- Systemic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and connect fragmented operational processes into a scalable workflow.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, absolute discretion regarding data confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Language: Professional English proficiency (capable of reading technical documents and writing business reports).
