Prosthetic Technician
Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prosthetic Technician to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate and assemble prosthetic devices for both in-house and external customers using established central fabrication processes. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Omega Carvers and other fabrication equipment
- Fabricate a variety of prosthetic components, including check sockets, laminations, foam covers, and pelite liners
- Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production timelines
- Follow departmental procedures related to inventory, cleaning, equipment maintenance, and safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to operate hand and power tools (saws, grinders, drills, etc.)
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs (molds and materials)
- ABC certification or prior prosthetic technician experience is a plus
Work Environment & Collaboration This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but works closely with fellow technicians, production staff, department leads, and supervisors. Occasional interaction with test participants may be required.
