About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised and creative Events Operations Executive to help us deliver standout campaigns and events. You’ll be part of a tight-knit marketing and comms team, working across everything from logistics and swag to copywriting and campaign execution.

You’ll be

Running slick external events - managing logistics end-to-end, including bookings, materials, suppliers, set-up and briefings for attendees

Designing memorable Beam-owned events - creating and delivering unique experiences for our priority sector groups, from roundtables and dinners to flagship customer summits. You’ll also support the People team with internal events when needed

Evaluating impact - capturing the impact of every event along with learnings so that we get better every single time

Owning our swag and merchandise - ensuring our team and partners are always looking sharp, designing, ordering and managing the stock of stand-out swag and merchandise

Drafting great copy - writing clear, concise copy for Linkedin posts, email newsletters, event invites and more

Helping build and run campaigns - supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish: researching, coordinating, and evaluating alongside the wider team

Staying on top of changing industry - keeping the team up to date with industry opportunities, and owning our events calendar so we never miss a beat

You are

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - you love a plan and always have a checklist to hand - you’re known for never letting anything slip through the cracks.

A strong communicator - you write clearly and confidently, adapting your tone to different audiences

A multitasker who thrives on variety – you’re energised by working across projects and learning new things as you go

Curious and proactive – you look for ways to add value, spot new opportunities, and are always up for figuring things out

Adaptable and resilient – you stay calm under pressure and bring energy to fast-moving environments

A natural collaborator – you’re confident working with venues, vendors, and teammates alike to make things happen
