Civil Supervisor (Telecom)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction projects, including but not limited to ducting, trenching, reinstatements, and cable laying.
• Oversee and guide teams of civil workers, ensuring their compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and permissions for project activities
• Support the training and development of team members, providing guidance and feedback as needed
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role within the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, methodologies, and materials used in telecom infrastructure projects.
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining safe working environments.

NRSWA Supervisor All Courses.

UK Manual Driving License
