Key Responsibilities

  • Legal support & Contract Management
  • Documentation : Support full contract lifecycle management, including filing, tracking and updating agreements
  • Contract Review : Assist in preliminary review and engaging discussion, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards, while safeguarding corporate interests and refining wording
  • Legal Vetting : Conduct research through public channels to assess entity qualification, extract key risk factors and provide concise insights to support decision-making
  • Risk Control : Adopt risk-based mindset, assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation
  • Regulatory Updates : Monitor legal and legislative developments, systematically document relevant updates and ensure timely circulation within the team
  • Business Analysis & Process Optimization
  • File Checking : Check business files and analyse data to identify anomalies or opportunities for improvement
  • Commercial Insight : Develop business acumen, explore opportunities to maximize profits and reduce costs
  • Process Optimization : Support process reviews and propose innovative improvement approaches anchored in quality, compliance, and efficiency
  • Team Collaboration : Participate in cross-functional / - regional teamwork, maintain rigorous progress oversight to ensure seamless execution and closed-loop delivery

Requirements

  • Internship duration: minimum 2 months, at least 4 days per week
  • Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, majoring in Law / Legal Studies (Maritime Law, International Law, etc.), Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good command of English (at minimum strong written ability)
  • Attention to details and commitment to continuous development
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and accountability
