Marketing Manager for Automotive Adhesives KR & JP

About this Position

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing communications strategies for Henkel Adhesive Technologies' Automotive Components business in Japan and Korea while supporting global automotive market segments. The position drives brand visibility, manages regional marketing activities and events, and collaborates with regional and global stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

What you´ll do

• Develop and implement annual marketing communications strategy for Henkel Adhesive Technologies' Automotive Components business in Korea and Japan
• Support marketing communications for the global market segments Automotive Electronics & E-Mobility
• Position Henkel as thought leader in key automotive industry media and at key industry events
• Ensure professional presence at key trade shows and events, and track professionally customer leads
• Closely collaborate with regional sales and the regional leadership team as well as with the Global Strategy Manager for Automotive Electronics & E-Mobility
• Support internal communication activities for Korea (e.g. Townhall)
• Measure and report return on invest (ROI) of events and regional campaigns
• Manage and ensure effective use of local marketing budgets

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as B2B marketing manager - ideally in the Automotive industry with focus on Electronics and/or E-Mobility
• Strong communication and project management skills
• A proactive "can do"-attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a multicultural environment
• Fluent English and Korean language skills, Business level in Japanese is a plus.
