As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, security checkpoints, and boarding gates
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
• Check and verify passenger documents and issue boarding passes
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly, or disabled passengers
• Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient boarding and departure of flights
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal
• Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
• Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with airport regulations
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus
