Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient ( No visa sponsorship supported) Shift: FT Days Schedule: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday - Friday Sign on Bonus: $15,000

Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions and injuries. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality care and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Must obtain a PT License in Missouri.
• Doctorate from an accredited
• CPR Certified Certification Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to help improve patients' strength, mobility, and overall function
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their rehabilitation at home
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
