Truck Driver N/S
Job description
Join Hynds as a Concrete/Agi Driver in Pokeno, reporting to the Batch Plant Supervisor. You'll deliver product to schedule across our site teams while keeping your truck clean and road-ready. Flexible hours available, including shifts and Saturdays.
Key responsibilities
- Follow delivery instructions and deliver orders on time
- Drive safely per the road code and Hynds' standards
- Keep the truck clean and tidy; assist in the yard as needed
- Follow all health and safety requirements
What you'll bring
- Full Class 4 NZ driver licence; forklift licence preferred
- 2+ years' experience driving Class 2 or higher
- Understanding of concrete and its handling
- Strong safety mindset, good communication, and reliable timekeeping
- Comfortable working independently, in a team, and in confined spaces
