Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (Temporary Assignment)

Location: 5200 Pennypack Street, Philadelphia, PA 19136 Pay Rate: $22 per hour (weekly pay) Assignment Dates: Monday, January 5, 2026 Friday, May 1, 2026

Training: Must be available Sunday, January 4, 2026 12:00pm-4:00pm for paid training.

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM (includes two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch). Most days will conclude by 3:00 PM.

Eagle Staffing Company is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support our client with employee physicals during a temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and compassionate Medical Assistants looking to apply their expertise in a professional healthcare setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must provide the following:

  • Certification: Current Medical Assistant certification from an accredited organization.
  • Identification: Two forms of ID.
  • Health Records: Current physical and TB test results (within the past year).
  • Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid.
  • Background Check: PA Criminal Clearance (if not current, Eagle Staffing can facilitate the process and deduct the cost from pay).

Must-Have Experience

  • Phlebotomy skills and experience are required.

  • Take patient blood pressure and vital signs.
  • Perform EKGs.
  • Draw blood for laboratory testing (phlebotomy required).
  • Conduct vision tests (onsite training provided).
  • Perform X-rays (onsite training provided).
  • Manage and process patient documentation accurately.
  • Deliver excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and professionalism throughout each visit.
