Assistant Manager, Tax Reporting
SUMMARY
The Assistant Manager, Tax Reporting is responsible for timely preparation of accurate income tax declaration and to file and pay tax returns on time to be compliant with rules and regulation by the BIR and avoid penalties and surcharges.
ROLE
- Preparation / supervising the preparation of all tax returns which includes preparing tax returns after month end closing, maintaining documents and review reconciliation schedules that support tax declaration, supervising and training tax assistant on how to generate reports and prepare reconciliation, reviewing BIR tax deadlines for the month, keeping abreast with new rules and regulation issued by BIR, and assisting in the preparation of income tax projection for the year
•Passing/Reviewing the journal entries for all tax returns and supporting document as well as reviewing of the monthly tax account reconciliation
