Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand & Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing brand strategies, managing brand positioning, and driving integrated marketing initiatives that enhance visibility, engagement, and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and equity
  • Drive end-to-end brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and consumer touchpoints
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including PR, advertising, digital, and in-store promotions
  • Coordinate and oversee brand activations, events, and experiential marketing campaigns to drive consumer engagement
  • Support public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue and distribution goals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform brand and campaign strategies
  • Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure effective campaign delivery
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in brand/marketing roles within the FMCG industry
  • Strong experience in brand management, PR, advertising, and activations
  • Solid understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics within FMCG
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
