Job description
Job Title: Technical Operator (Husky and SACMI)
Location: Ogun State
Workmode : Fulltime
Sector: (Bottling Company)
Job Responsibilities
- Verify and ensure proper functioning of all components of the machines and auxiliary
- Operate the machine in accordance with the established standard operating procedure and speed targets.
- Ensure material wastages from machine are kept at minimum acceptable level
- Report all malfunctions and constraints to the line Technical Supervisor
- Apply all company provided protective wears and gadgets and comply with all Health and Safety rules
- Carry out recommended maintenance as per checklist to ensure equipment reliability
- Ensure acceptable level of cleanliness in dressing and immediate work area in line with Good House Keeping Practice
- Avoid cross contamination of product due to unhygienic state of equipment
- Implement change-over programs as per production schedule.
Job Requirements
- First Degree or its equivalent Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Membership of NSE and COREN certified is added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC practical, job-relevant experience in a well-structured plastic production (botting) company, with specific expertise in Husky and Sacmi Machines.
