Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt Contract Type: 12 Months Fixed Term Hours: Full Time/40 hours per week, over 5 working days; Sunday to Thursday (07:30 to 16:00) with 30 minutes break

About this Role and You: As our Office Messenger, you will be under the guidance of the Country Manager. This post provides reliable messenger services to ensure the smooth running of Egypt office. The Office Messenger demonstrates a client-oriented approach, tact and ability to work with people in government and/or non-government offices in Egypt. We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic person to join our team. To be successful within this position you will have significant experience with:
1-Liaise as and when required with city councils, social insurance offices, health insurance offices, customs offices and other government entities to ensure the smooth running of the office. 2-Liaise with security companies throughout Egypt. 3-Ensure that packages or messages are delivered in a time efficient manner. 4-Obtain signatures and payments or arrange for recipients to make payments. 5-Responsible for any administration to be delivered to embassies for the issuing of visas to different countries. 6-Responsible for informing the office Administrator prior to car licenses expiration. 7-Responsible in helping office administrator for providing office supplies, folder/files arrangements and printings. 8-Responsible for managing cars services, insurance, repairs and maintenance. 9-Answering both internal and external telephone enquiries clearly and politely. 10-Collect, seal, and stamp outgoing mail. 11-Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail. 12-Perform general office or clerical work such as filing materials and running ad hoc errands as and when required Key contacts and relationships. 13-Assistance with the management and administration of all equipment, machinery and assets. 14-Assistance with Health & Safety administration for Egypt. 15-Any action required by the Area Director/Manager adequate to the job holder grade.
What We Offer: 1-15 days annual leaves for the first year /21 days annual leave for the 2nd year/ 30 days for those above 50 or have been contributing to Social Insurance for over 10 years.
