Project Implementation Manager

What will you do?

As a Project Coördinator, you are the driving force behind the smooth progress of all ongoing projects within Fine-Meshed Distribution. You support the team, monitor project progress, and step in where needed. You combine project coordination with hands-on follow-up and ensure priorities remain clear.

Your role

• Following up on project plans, roadmaps, and reports within Fine-Meshed Distribution, and supporting resource planning and capacity management.
• Monitoring progress, budgets, risks, and issues within projects.
• Coordinating project governance (meetings, minutes, action points, and documentation).
• Setting up and managing dashboards and KPI reports for management.
• Facilitating lessons learned and continuous improvement within projects.
• Following up and managing smaller projects or stepping into larger projects when needed.
• Collaborating with process experts and participating in process optimizations where necessary.

Who are you?

• You have several years of experience in a project-driven or operational environment, and you feel comfortable structuring and following up on initiatives.
• Pragmatic approach and solution-oriented thinking, combined with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly summarize complex information
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible and proactive mindset, with a solution-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of the other national language and English.
