We're looking for a strategic and experienced Senior HR Lead to lead our Human Resources function and partner with leadership in building a high-performance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and align people initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Lead HR process improvement initiatives and mentor the HR team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (SHRM, PHR/SPHR, or CIPD) is an advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 4+ years in an HR leadership role.
• Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
