We are looking for an experienced Analyst with strong Credit Risk, Data Governance, and Data Management expertise to support key initiatives within a leading financial institution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, data, and IT — ensuring high‑quality, well‑governed data that supports regulatory, risk, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Credit Risk and Financial Services initiatives with strong analytical and domain expertise.
  • Drive data management activities, including data definition, documentation, and business glossary development.
  • Contribute to data governance processes and support metadata management using tools such as Collibra .
  • Monitor and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Technical Developers, IT teams, and Solution Architects to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Produce clear, structured documentation and present solutions effectively to stakeholders.
  • Lead small teams and drive delivery against agreed objectives (for senior profiles).

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in banking or financial services, ideally within Credit Risk .
  • Hands‑on experience in data management and exposure to data governance practices.
  • Familiarity with Collibra or similar metadata/data catalog tools.
  • Strong understanding of data quality concepts and issue‑resolution processes.
  • Solid analytical skills with knowledge of databases, data warehouses, and SQL .
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong IT affinity and experience collaborating with technical teams.
  • Ability to produce structured documentation and present solutions clearly.
