SALARY: $31.15 - 35.59 per hour + Casual Loading + Super

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within both Camden's picturesque Visitor Information Centre and Art Gallery on a casual basis as a Customer Experience Officer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Camden's history and attraction points and communicate this through the provision of an exceptional customer experience to visitors and locals.

Essential
- A demonstrated understanding and appreciation of Camden it’s culture and heritage
- Demonstrated experience in a customer experience environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively organise and prioritise workloads
- Ability to work as part of a team in an environment with a customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to apply EEO and WHS principles
- Computer literacy
Desirable
- Experience in a gallery or visitor information centre
- Experience working with Adobe creative suite
- Experience leading small classes or informative tour groups
- First Aid qualifications
- Experience at a visitor information centre
- Experience and knowledge of art and art galleries
