Job description

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
•
At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•
Preferably with at least 8 Year(s) of Managerial experience in F&B or Retail Industry
•
Required Skill(s): Excellent Organizational, Communication, & Leadership Skills, Coaching Skills, People Management Skills, and Time Management Skills
•
Proficient in accounting systems or similar platforms, Microsoft Office
•
Ability to beat deadlines and to also perform multiple tasks at the same time
•
Strong drive towards fulfilment of company’s goals
Manages up to 80-150 stores. Manages the North Luzon Stores. Ensure all pending store maintenance issues are solved from time to time. To ensure all in-store assignments directed / published are executed and complying with SOP. To ensure that marketing efforts are consistent across all stores assigned. To ensure store assignments adheres to company policy & industry regulations. Work closely with the team to establish projects, objectives, timeliness, monitor progress and evaluate performance. Creates report & presentation to summarize findings of incidents, unachieved sales targets & high losses. Evaluating competitor through market research and survey. Researching demands of market research and survey. Review, forecast and plan succeeding/future zonal & departmental needs. Other job-related tasks may be assigned from time to time.
