**Job Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and submit competitive bids for construction projects.
• Conduct detailed cost estimations, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Analyze technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary information.
• Perform market research to assess pricing strategies and competitor bids.
• Organize and maintain documentation for bid submissions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project details.
• Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Follow up with clients post-submission to address any queries.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in tendering or bidding processes within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with construction project management software and tools.

**Salary:**

The average salary for a Tendering Engineer in Hong Kong ranges from HKD 25,000 to HKD 40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
