Job Title: Customer Service Executive Air Export / Import

Salary Range: 30,000 40,000 THB (based on experience)

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM 5:30 PM)

Dress Code: Formal (MondayThursday), Semi-Casual (Friday)

Role Overview

The Customer Service Executive (Air Export & Import) will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing international air shipments and ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Air Export Operations

Manage customer bookings and coordinate air export shipments with airlines and agents.

Prepare, review, and issue all export documents (AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).

Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for timely cargo handling and delivery to airline terminals.

Track export shipment status and provide proactive customer updates.

Handle exceptions, delays, and resolve operational issues effectively.

Air Import Operations

Track incoming air shipments and liaise with overseas agents and airlines.

Verify and process import documents (Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, Customs documents).

Coordinate with customs brokers for timely clearance.

Communicate with customers regarding arrival schedules, document requirements, and delivery arrangements.

Coordinate last-mile delivery with internal transport teams.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in air freight forwarding (import/export operations or customer service).

Strong understanding of international air freight procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.

Hands-on experience with logistics systems (CargoWise, SAP, Company Internal System, or equivalent).

Good command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
