Position Details

Salary Range: 25,000 38,000 THB (Based on experience)

Role Overview

Coordinate and manage import ocean shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, communication with stakeholders, and smooth cargo clearance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer bookings and coordinate ocean import shipments with shipping lines and overseas agents.

Coordinate with overseas agents to obtain ETD, ETA, and shipment updates.

Communicate with consignees in Thailand to ensure cargo release readiness.

Work with shipping lines to input B/L details and follow vessel arrival schedules.

Manage delivery order (D/O) documentation and collection.

Coordinate with the customs clearance team to plan cargo release.

Process internal payments with the accounting team for import-related charges.

Prepare customer invoices and follow up for payment when required.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.

Strong knowledge of Incoterms, import documentation, and Thai Customs.

Strong communication skills in Thai & English.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience with freight forwarding or TMS systems is a plus.

Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple import shipments under pressure.
