Assistant Marketing Manager
Job description

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to effectively promote the companys property projects.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, consultants, and suppliers to create promotional materials and finalize media schedules.
- Design and implement marketing materials such as brochures, videos, scale models, and digital campaigns, including managing social media content.
- Oversee the production of project models, visuals, and sales collaterals to align with branding standards and project objectives.
- Organize and coordinate sales events, promotional activities, exhibitions, and roadshows.
- Formulate and review pricing strategies and sales packages to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through post-campaign analysis and propose enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitor assessments to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to the Planning & Design team to ensure product concepts align with market demands.
- Plan and design engaging sales galleries and show units to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by obtaining and renewing Developer Licenses (DL) and Advertising Permits (AP) as necessary.
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property development.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing, branding principles, and the property market.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for market analysis, customer insights, and sales performance evaluation.
- A dynamic and personable individual with excellent multitasking skills, a proactive learning approach, and a collaborative work style.
