Job Summary: The Syariah Lawyer is responsible for providing legal representation and advice in both civil and Syariah law matters. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, from personal disputes to commercial litigation, ensuring clients legal issues are addressed comprehensively under applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Syariah legal matters.
• Draft and review Syariah-compliant legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes.
• Ensure compliance with Syariah principles.

Qualifications

• LL.B or equivalent with specialization in both civil and Syariah law.
• Experience in Syariah law preferred.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
• Open to Malaysian nationals only. Location: Klang Valley
