HR Manager

• Takes care of payroll (computation and bank endorsement)
• takes note of employee leaves and absences; makes and amends staff duty rotations
• facilitates staff Employment Contracts, Non Competes, Non Disclosure Agreements
• facilitates staff disciplinary action (as stipulated in company rules and regulations as well as DOLE/ Labor law regulations)
• arranges staff random drug tests; interview paramedical applicants;
• facilitate exit interviews; plan and facilitate staff morale programs (like movie nights, summer parties, team building etc); among other duties.
