Job description
- Takes care of payroll (computation and bank endorsement)
- takes note of employee leaves and absences; makes and amends staff duty rotations
- facilitates staff Employment Contracts, Non Competes, Non Disclosure Agreements
- facilitates staff disciplinary action (as stipulated in company rules and regulations as well as DOLE/ Labor law regulations)
- arranges staff random drug tests; interview paramedical applicants;
- facilitate exit interviews; plan and facilitate staff morale programs (like movie nights, summer parties, team building etc); among other duties.
