Life Insurance Agent – Remote

We partner with unions, credit unions, associations, and their members across Canada to provide permanent benefit solutions that help protect working families. Our focus is on helping families understand their coverage options and ensuring every child has access to the protection they need. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated, people-driven individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents.

Position Overview

As a Life Insurance Agent, you will work directly with families who are looking to learn more about their permanent benefits program. You will help explain coverage options, answer questions, complete applications, and provide long-term support to clients. This is a remote opportunity for someone who is professional, coachable, organized, and motivated to build a long-term career.

What You'll Do

Meet with families virtually over Zoom to review their benefit options

Explain life insurance and permanent benefit programs clearly and professionally

Guide clients through the enrollment and application process

Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant

Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up

Work closely with team members and leadership to improve client service and efficiency

Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and career development

What We're Looking For

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset

Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, or client-facing roles is preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Must be willing to obtain the required provincial life insurance license if not already licensed
