Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Worker to join our team. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks on our projects. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the construction and installation of various structures, including buildings, roads, and bridges
• Operate and maintain construction machinery and tools
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge
• Follow blueprints and building plans to ensure accuracy and quality of work
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth to prepare for construction
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other materials using hand tools
• Install and repair pipes, drains, and other plumbing systems
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks on construction sites
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Construction Worker or similar role
• Ability to operate construction machinery and tools
• Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
