Work from home anywhere in Canada.
We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team with AO (a division of Globe Life) , providing life and supplemental insurance to working families across North America.
This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity with uncapped income potential and career growth into leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
•
Meet virtually with clients who have requested information about life insurance
•
Help families choose coverage that fits their needs and budget
•
Complete applications and support clients through the process
•
Build long-term client relationships
•
Opportunity to grow into leadership and build your own team
Compensation
•
100% commission-based
•
Average first-year earnings: $40,000 – $80,000+ (performance-based)
•
Weekly pay + bonuses
•
Residual income on renewals
